interesting idea (maybe already done?)

interesting idea (maybe already done?)

i was just thinking if there were any mounting systems for truck beds (snowboards,bikes or anything like that) that could be drills to the bed or maybe mounted on the side (inside) of the bed to keep stuff more stable. like custom mounting a yakima system and maybe fabricating some of your own mounting bars. do you guys see what im saying?

The problem is supply and demand. It's not a comon item and I would guess the reasons are it would be hard to remove with bolts it would get in the way if you had to haul something and didn't plan ahead.
But then again thats why their are shops like me who you can walk into and discrib what you want. He charges you for his time materials and profit and you walk away with a expensive rack that is worth every penny in your eyes!

I have built some stuff like this but most people are scared off when you tell them your time cost money and if they want to stand over your shoulder and tell you how to do something it will eat away at time..lol.

What were you looking for?
