instrument cluster remodel

I saw on someone's website, or post, that they had applied a textured ""looking" decal of some kind to their instrument cluster to give it a new look. The only thing I can find are the flaming things. Anyone know where to get the decal?

Perhaps it was my Avatar you saw? The sticker came from a member here a long time ago.. I don't even know if he still posts. It's just a TRD sticker that is about 3/4" long.
