Installed a new fog light bulb and now keep blowing fuses

Guys, my drivers fog light has been out for a month or so, grabbed a new bulb last night and installed it simple as can be put it back in and now i blow the fuse everytime i turn them on, i even tried a 25 fuse in the 15 spot. blew it too? what in the world is going on? It is a plug and play type of deal so i dont understand why it keeps blowing the fuse. any insight would be appreciated.

Take out the bulb. Put the proper 15A fuse back in.
Putting a larger fuse than is supposed to be there is a good way to burn your car down.

Get the right bulb or you got a short in that socket/wiring.
