Hey all, here is my map light install pictures:









cant really tell from teh picture, but it lights up the whole car at night time if its set to max light... I also have it on the factory dimmer...

great idea! i was thinking of putting a slim thermometer there but that map light looks liek a good idea too.

btw, is that an 8-track tape player under your stereo?

That's nice work Breezey - I like the use of the glue gun

Bob - those are the controls for his lights and sirens. Sit in the back of enough patrol cars and you start to recognize these things.

Been on enough ridealongs to be a little familiar with some of those controls.

 

I'm a huge fan of anything CUSTOM and that's a pretty handy mod. The map lights in my 97 aren't too bad but the dome lights are terrible. I'd soon like to install floor lighting and who knows what else on the interior.
