Is there any harm other than road debris if i remove those inner fender rubber liners? Im talking about the liners that snap between the frame and fender next to the a-arms.

 

Are you the type of guy that likes to blast through water puddles as fast as possible? It doesn't take much dirty water to screw the alternator. Also the starter and idler pulleys are a concern. Oh and do you have a open air filter setup?

I know the factory liners are a PITA to remove, I redid mine so they can be unbolted fairly easy. Also made the flaps longer because I have a body lift. These nut clip thingys from Ace Hardware are nice for that.
