injectors for the 3.4L/ spark plugs

I need to overhaul my engine on my '97 runner. I was looking to upgrade to some new injectors, got any recomendations? Also whats the best spark plug to use. I know that the engine has that stupid warning label, to use only dual ground plugs? Let me know.....

Unless you have a supercharger, I don't think money on injectors is well spent.
Do the typical tuneup stuff and I think you will be surprised at some new found power.

Here's a link for the service (all 5 pages of it):

As MTL said, you dont need bigger injectors unless you've got the supercharger. However, you may want to have the injectors cleaned/balanced and such. It cost $$ to do. Lots O labor to pull injectors
