alright so i ordered up a new surround for my 99 cup holder mod and the color is grey like my 96's interior but the new pieces look very very dark and mine look almost purple. the part number for the new surround is 58911-3560-B1. now my question is did they change the color of the gray interior at nay point between 96-and 00?? thanks

 

Yes, I believe they did change the color. I have a 2001 and I snagged some seat bolt covers off someone with a 1997 once and he said they were grey, and they were, but it was a different grey. Mine are grey like the lighter background color of this site, his were bluish.
