ok im no good at wiring diagrams, what i need to do is instead of having a keyed ignition i wanna have a 3 way switch that will allow me to have my car off-on-and running.... for running i dont want to have it start the car, i just want it to allow me to also have a buttin to start the car up. think anyone can help? i tried today and found out which wires were which but theyre were just to many. btw its a 91 pickup with 22re

 

I am not sure I can speak for your vehicle but on my 1999 4Runner I would wire the white or white/red to the off side(constant +12V), have "On" connect the wht or wht/red to the blk/yellow(radio, cig lighter, AC fac, windows, mirrors, etc), and have the "Run" connect the wht or wht/red to both the blk/yel and the blk/red(ignition coils, injectors, Engine ECU, etc.). Start would be the green which goes to a starter relay an then on to the starter
