Ignition Wire for 03 4runner

Hi all,

I need help identifying an ignition wire for the 03 4runner. I want to tap into the wire so that I can turn on aux lights only when the ignition key is in.

Please help me with the location and color.

Thanks
Loi

Loi, check your fuse located in the dash to the left of your steering column. Just use a test light to find an acc tab and tap in from there. Make sure you use a relay and just the tapped acc tab as the trigger signal and then have the power come from the battery directly into the relay to the aux light.

There should be atleast 1 acc tab available as I'm currently using it for something as well.

Good luck

not sure off hand as the truck is sitting out in the rain. plus i'm at work today of all days so life is abit grim. lol

just use a test light and find an open fuse section. it's all trial and error. you won't break anything so no worries.
