please see my other post, but just by doing a small change you will get 25-30% more, change the 1157 back up bulbs for 3497, no wire changes needed, enjoy, for the rest Corey's post on the tractor lights sounds cool!

Has anyone done this?
Has anyone thought to put a light up in the C-Pillar where there looks like a speaker grille. I think that is just for show up there. Bulb changes would be tough...
Another thought is to use a cargo light from an old VW Golf/Rabbit. These things are great - I've used them in other vehicles of mine. They require a rectangular hole be cut in a trim panel - it snaps in with no screws. The light is actually a one piece deal - the lens has the mounting ears molded into it. It has two 1/4" spades for wiring and it takes a normal dome light bulb. I gotta dig to see if I have one laying around so I can snap a pic and post it. These things are plenitful at junkyards...
