That looks cool. Get ready for, "hey that thing gotta turbo?" "Is that functional?" "Is that for your top-mount intercooler?"

Ricer at a stop light: "Wut up yo? I'm gonna smoke dis dude." (Fart can erupts with fury). You laugh as he farts away.

This happened all the time with the 2000 Highlander I was driving around.

Yeah, I just asked a question here about making that scoop functional...I have it on my sr5. It looks cool, but I sure wish there was a way to use it to increase efficiency or power....if anyone has any ideas I tend to spend some time every weekend playing around under the hood of my runner and my Beamer...so I am willing to try lots of things...to see if they work

I've seen them on eBay for pretty cheap. But then again, that might be because they are. But they look pretty cool on Taco's. I'm resisting the urge to get one for mine...

Whole new hood all parts are obtainable from any toyota dealer, you may find some considerably cheaper part prices on the internet.

new hood + scoop parts + painting hood and blending fenders = $1000.00
the painting is the expensive part.

my paint is gonna cost just about the same but its far more complex than that (involves using a carbon fiber hood and chameleon like effect with the millenium silver of the truck should look stunning)
