your runner looks vicious love the stance and look of the 33's. just take off the red/blue pin stripes and paint all your trim black. you'll be good to go.

I don't like the blue and red stipes. I would take thoes off with some steel wool. Other than that it doesn't look bad.

It will take more than that. Those suckers are painted on and have a clearcoat over them. I had to sand them with a dremel and repaint the outer edge of each wheel!

Here's a front shot for you.

And a few others...

I dont know why, but, I like the red/blue stripes. It kinda looks different I guess.

I would take off the bug deflector but I drive through a lot of farm land on the weekends...LOTS of bugs hehe...(pictured below).

I have been pricing these rims forever. Most places sell them for around $65 each. If you can put 15" rims on your 4runner, you can get them super cheap. The 16" ones are harder to find and are more money.

These are the "Pacer" ones. I think the backspacing is 3.75.

Yummy bugs....

SC4Runner ... that is NOT ugly at all!!! I think the entire setup looks great. Like the guys said, just take off the silver flares or paint them, and save up for a nice bumper in the future.

I'm jealous!

DING! DING! DING! We have a winner! IMHO, of course. I've got the same chrome package as you and will be going with black trim this summer.

like someone else said, you oughta paint the bumpers. i've got the exact same wheels and i painted my bumpers last summer and it really wasn't difficult at all and looks so much better. just got primer, flat black paint, and top coat. took the bumpers off, cleaned and sanded them and then applied coats of everything. they've got dings in them already, but actually holding up nicely...here's some before and after shots (not a very good before shot of the bumpers, but only one on my computer right now).

I think that the rims look good on there. Save up for a TJM or ARB. Either one would look good on there with those rims.

Black rules...chrome just rusts and gets scratched and turns to crap when you wheel it...nice choice...black is where it is at!

I like the contrast of the chrome nuts w/ the black rims.
Just my 2!
