I am going through same trouble with buds 85 diesel....burnt up half the diodes in the alt. Charges but low voltage (13.4 max). Can the diodes for the alt be bought seperately and installed? What about the voltage regulator? Anyone know how to bench test the voltage reg? Thanks, Mike, 95 sr5,3.0,31x10.5,mostly stock!

Not sure where you'd get it, maybe the Dealer, but this image shows a diode assembly (part #10) which contains the diodes. Hope that helps
