How to remove MAF sensor?

How to remove MAF sensor?
I went to a website that explained how to remove the MAF sensor for a 99 4runner v6. I have a 98 4runner v6 and I thought it would be the same, however, my MAF seems to be one piece that is part of the plastic tube that is just after the stock box. Does anyone have any experience/suggestions on how to remove it? Thanks.
