Question New to forum with a lift ? for '02 tacoma

Hi guys,
Just found this forum and was wondering if someone could help me out with a question concerning my '02 tacoma 4 door. I'd like to put an Old Man Emu lift on it and have come up with the front strut n-91s-c / coil ome 880 and rear shock n-85. Thats what I have so far. Any ideas or does anybody have this stuff on their truck?? I have the trd package and am looking for a more comfortable ride....used mostly onroad. Thanks

xjtoy it seems that you are on the right road with the lift. I dont know if you have seen his sight or not but check out www.xtremeoff-road.com he sells lifts in packages or im sure he would piece out what you wanted. Anyway just thought I would mention it and welcome to the forum.

Are you trying to lift the truck for a bigger tire? If so, you need the 881 coils. If you just want the same height, then get the 880's with the recommended OME shock (not sure of model number). For the rear shock, get the Bilstein 5100 shocks. Much better than the stock rear shocks.

Hi there, you will want to run the OME881's to level the rig for use with the OME15A and B's

Would be happy to help, please let me know if you have any other questions!

what do you mean by OME15A and B's? Is that the strut you're referring to?
