Nebraska has rust. If it were Arizona, it would be the correct price. Rust free and almost 20 years old.
I agree, NE gets blue book. You guys realize that 1983-1987 FJ-60's out here go for $9000. No kidding.

he's saying that nebraska is a state which has a lot of rust potential on cars. arizona is a good place to buy an older vehicle because they don't rust as much down there, due to the dry weather
