How many miles until you consider the 4runner break-in complete?

How many miles until you consider the 4runner break-in complete?
Suggestions for break-in? What mileage before I can start driving it normally. You know (using cruise control, jack rabbit starts, stops, etc.) 
I plan on the first oil change at 2K miles, I'm just old fashion I guess

I would say 1,000 miles is fine.
How long did you go breaking in the 350Z? I think the break in period is pretty much the same for any car/truck.
Do you have the track model? And when is the Greddy twin turbo kit going in?

dont change your oil so quick. wait till your manufacuters recomendations the first time. the original oil in foreign cars usually has special stuff in it to help the engine break in properly. after that change it whenever you want.

I changed at 5k and after that every 2.5k. I will change over to sybthetic (mobil1) at 20k and then go to 5k intervals.
You should be fine with 2k, see no issue. Your oil
As to performance and mileage, I found it kept on improving till about 10k. SO I would say 10k is the "break in" milestone at which point it is running at its optimum.

There's no special break-in oil, but the filter is JDM spec. I've seen cutaways on other boards and the first filter is unique and not generally available here.
The 2UZ, like other iron block Toyota engines, has a high nickel content for hardness and durability. It's a little slower to break-in than the alloy block engines. I agree with what bulldog-yota said. You'll notice improvements in power and economy around the 1K, 5K, and 10K marks. I consider break-in complete at 1K, though, and usually change to synthetic sometime between then and 3K, and always use OEM filters during warranty. I've followed this routine on both iron and alloy block Toyota engines for years with no problems.
