Question How long do balljoints last?

I was wondering how long balls joints last, and what is the best parts out there to replace them with? I have a 1992 4Runner V6, 4WD. My truck has 150,652 miles.

Mine are still OEM and it has 145k on it. The best ones out there are OEM Toyota ones. I have tried many and they dont seem to last a fraction of the time of the OEM ones.

Is there anywhere online where I can order OEM parts? I was going to go with Autozone's parts they are Duralast. But I want a good reliable product that will last another 150,000+ miles. I have to order parts online because in Germany it's hard to find parts for my 4Runner and buying them at the stealership is outrageous with the Euro to Dollar rates.

I sold my 90' with 205,000 miles and original ball joints. She was tight and now has over 260,000 with no problem, per the "new" owner.

My ball joints are poping, that is why I wanna replace them before anything happens, and I want to do it before Toyota takes my truck for the recall, that way I can get it aligned for free. I was checking out www.partsamerica.com. It is checkers website but their labeling of their products is a little confusing, I think it says they sell the pair for one price, but don't usually ball joints come as singles?
