how do i remove this yellow tab?

how do i remove this yellow tab?





i dont care about it and will just crack it off if theres no easier or cleaner way that i cant see.

its being replaced by a tjm in the next couple weeks, but it just bugs me.

edit: in case you dont get what i mean, its the yellow thing on my chrome piece where the flare was (until it got knocked off )

there should be a nut to remove it or you might have to pinch it together to get it out

i saw a mistake in the photo, so i took the liberty of fixing it. and while i was in there, i took out the tab so you'll get a little preview.

looks good after calrockx fixed the tab and did the tire swap. now you just need to go get the tires remounted blackwall out!

i was going into a water hole on a trail and sunk into a rut and hit a rock which knocked my flare and whole bumper actually in a bit... to the point where it was rubbing the tire.

so the flare was cut to accomodate for the tire and all was well until i went to best buy recently and came out to find someone had hit my truck in the exact same spot, but they completely knocked my flare off.

that yellow tab was a part that was holding the flare on

thanks for the advice, ill take a look at lunch and worse case scenario, ill crack it off.
