How do I get some/all TSBs fixed?

How do I get some/all TSBs fixed?
I've never done this before but there are several TSBs listed for my 2003 4Runner v8 and I know for a fact that some of them are occuring problems. Can I just call up my local Toyota garage and have them fix them all? For free? Just not quite sure how the whole thing works.

While specific TSBs may have specific requirements, generally as long as your vehicle is still under warranty they will perform TSB work for free.
It depends on the specific TSB, however, and the dealership - sometimes they will just go ahead and perform the TSB with no questions, sometimes they will only perform a TSB if the problem addressed by the TSB is actually occurring, sometimes they will perform a TSB even if your vehicle is out of warranty, but most of the time they will deny that the problem even exists (ie saying "Oh - that's supposed to be like that. . . "
