Horn Button
Can anyone tell me how to pull the wheel center off to lube the horn button? '98 4Runner. Mine gets stuck in cold weather. I did a search. They all said "go get a Haynes manual". Really? The Haynes for my old truck sucked. I like the factory manuals better.
Is it really that complicated? Seems like a trivial little thing to buy a book for.....
