Homemade 1st gen top

Some guy on ORC's forum made his own topper for a 1st gen 4Runner.
I put up the pics for him.

I don't think the guy's over there care for it so much either.
One guy told him he's got a spare top for sale

Now if it was a nice canvas top, that would be different.
But why try and make a hardtop when one already is available from Toyota
