Higher Idle Wanted for a 2RZ

I would like to slightly speed up the idle, on a 2.4 1999 tacoma automatic. I read on another forum, that someone had grounded out the AC switch or something of that nature. Another thread had a link about reworking the power steering switch to increase idle to 800 rpm or so. Can someone please help point me in the right direction, with a possible write up. Thanks in advance.

Sorry if this a dumb question, I just want to be sure. Simply cut and ground the wire or cut the wire and put a toggle switch on it as to control it as needed.
