Help - Removing Panel from Rear Window?

Removing Panel from Rear Window?
NEVER MIND - I found answer after I posted. I broke my own rule and failed to do a search before I posted.
Does anyone know how to get the panel off the tailgate/rear hatch? Although the window is working and goes up & down at a nice, smooth pace, it has started to pop & knock. That is, it is making some new, strange noises and I want to get in there to see what is going on in the hopes of avoiding a future problem.
