Help!! Need proper torque specs 3vze

I am in the process of rebuilding a 3vze engine, and the torque specs for the main bearing bolts and the conn. rod bolts seem suspect. I am using a chilton guide and am wondering if they printed the wrong specs (or printed the reversed)

They say....Main bearing bolts 18ftlbs + 90 degree turn
....Connecting rod bolts 45ftlbs + 90

The 5vze engine is the exact opposite....Help Please!!!!

I just checked the Haynes Manual and that reads the opposite, too. Main bearing bolts 45+90....connecting rod 18+90. Hope this helps.

The Haynes manual is right for once. The FSM for my '91 w/ the 3vz-e says the same thing. Remember, we're talking foot pounds
