help me find a strange cargo rack

I have an 01 4x4 reg cab with a fiberglass shell over the bed. I keep the dogs in there on trips, so would rather not have cargo, such as backpacks and camping equipment, in there with them, as it can get quite hairy/drooly. My truck is too high to conveniently use a roof-mounted cargo basket.

Not long ago, in a parking lot, I saw a tacoma with a replacement rear bumper that had a swing-away cargo and jerry can rack attached right to the bumper. It covered up the tailgate when closed, but could swing out of the way, like a spare tire rack, to allow tailgate opening. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stop and get the make. I desperately want one of these.

I know you can get the hitch-mount cargo baskets, but these would not be good for some approach angles, and would likely not last long on my truck.

I've looked for something attached to the top of the bumper, or a replacement bumper like the one I saw, but, alas, Google has failed me. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

Check the Fab Shop section here and look over at Tacoma Territory. I'm pretty sure that within the last couple of months I saw pics (here or TTORA) of a custom bumper with twin swing-out 'frames' that could be used for jerry cans and / or small cargo items ...

I'm just not sure whether it was on a 4Runner, a Taco / pickup, or something else ....
