Help... Losing Coolant from under truck

Got my oil changed last week and was going through looking at the fluid and used almost a full gallon of coolant. So I have looked at it each day and seen no losses. Until today I got to work and I could hear this crazy hiss by my second cat converter. So I look and its all green drops spewing out. It hasnt stopped yet and it looks like I am staying here for awhile. Are those the heat lines that go to the rear heater that popped???

The rear heater lines are probably leaking.

Replaced the water pump in September and was very excited that it was a bolt on part for me with the 2.7. I am guessing heater lines.
