Help with leak.

Help with leak.

Alright here is the situation.
I have a leak on both sides of my floorboards somewhere. All I can see is two grommets which are kinda loose but I wouldn't imagine would produce the leak that they did. Unless this was an on goin leak and didn't manage to see under the rubber floor mats. I just finished dumping a entire tube of sealant over anything I thought was the source of the leak.

What I'm curious to find out is if anyone else has had problems with their floor leaking? I'm trying to figure out whether its a common or uncommon thing.

Well I think the culprit was a leak between the firewall and the heater. Its what produced a leak on both sides. Found the leak after going over the entire firewall looking for possible spots for a leak. The clamp on it was loose, probably someone who worked on the vehicle before I bought it forgot to tighten it.

I am having the same problem with leaks. Water is coming in on my driver's side where the firewall grommet is. I have concluded that when the jackasses at Circuit ˟˟˟˟ty installed my alarm (this was a big nightmare that I won't even go into now) they poked a nice sized hole in this grommet and didn't seal it up.

I had put some silicone around where I thought it was leaking but just found another spot the other day where water is slowly coming in.

I want to get some sort of foam sealant that I can put around this grommet to keep the water from coming in, does anybody have any ideas on a good brand to use?

I have seen the same problems but the culprit was the seal at the top of the windshield.
