Unhappy help fuel pressure regulator

hi all
i think i have found my misfire problem when towing my boat (code 300 303 306 ) , i need to check my fuel pressure regulator how do you do this also i checked the vacuum line no cracks or leaks , but where it plugs in for a vacuum , at idle i feel no vacuum at all , also there is no engine rpm change when i un plug the vacuum line .
please note i have changed the plugs dealer plugs new wires , new fuel filter, had the injectors cleaned , i am thinking the vacuum for the fuel pressure regulator is not plugged in the right place. any one out there can tell me where it should be plugged in , now it is on the black box between the maf and the throttle body

OK, yes, it is the black box (Intake silencer) halfway down your intake pipe. That is where it plugs in. If you follow the line toward the intake manifold, it will lead you to the FPR.
