!HELP! Code: p0136

!HELP! Code: p0136
I just bought a fresh 96 Tacoma. Everything is legit on it, totally maintained, only one owner. The issue I am running into is that the check engine light keeps coming on.
I ran the code on it and I got: p0136 (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
What does this mean? What are the possible issues? My only hunch is that the upper exhaust manifold is cracked and spitting out a ton of exhaust. Would this have anything to do with that code or is it something else? Help.

What it means is the down stream O2 sensor is not working or being seen by the ECM.
This can be the sensor itself
It can be the wiring from the sensor to the ECM
It can be the ECM
