Help with broken tailgate glass

Help with broken tailgate glass
Long story short, I broke the glass in my tailgate. Only thing left of the window is logged in the metal channel. I tried picking the glass out with a screwdriver but no luck. Maybe get it nice and soapy wet and pick at it some more? Thanks, heres a pic:

But I fixed it. Check it out
I did trash the rubber seal though. Any ideas on what to replace it with? I was thinking some duct tape, cause you know how the old saying goes, "if you cant duck it, ˟˟˟˟˟˟ it"!!! lol

Thanks. I've already got the glass in and working. There is another guy looking for the glass on 4x4wire. Drtdvl I think.
