Help - AC idler pulley question

Doing a timing belt job on a 2000 T4R manual with 200k that was still on original belt and water pump. It hasn't gone bad EXCEPT...there is always something...the AC belt tensioner was rusted solid and the head snapped off the tensioner bolt. I have whacked it to free it so it slides up and down but I can't get it out and I can't get the pulley off either. I took the nut and washer off the pulley but can't figure out how it supposed to come out. At this point I need to change the pulley and tensioner since the pulley is a bit banged up. I started down the path of taking the AC compressor off to get the whole tensioner bracket out but that is a pain in the butt, especially the lower rear compressor bolt. That one hasn't given yet and I am afraid it might break then I will really be screwed. So off to the internet to see if anyone has ideas. If I can get the idler pulley off I figure I at least have a shot at grinding/cutting the tensioner out of there. The joys of wrenching...

This thread had some good pics and info in it...be careful, there is a little confusion about an alternator tensioner- but the main thread is about the a/c tensioner. You'll at least be able to see pics of the set-up you're dealing with.

Thanks. I managed to hammer the pulley off and cut of the bolt to get the tensioner out without removing the bracket. I thought I could just get a new pulley and tensioner but the dealer says the tensioner was only available as part of the bracket and the whole assembly is NLA. I could get a used one but I really don't want to remove AC compressor and bracket. Looking at my options...

They may be available online, places like E.B. Toyota parts (one of many).
Double-check, don't know all your truck info, just did a quick look-up on the pulley assembly and the number might not be right...

Long bolt part# might be 90099-04306-83??
I do know the pulley/short bolt/nut assembly was available at one time without the bracket- I had to buy one some years ago.
