Hella Micro DE fog lights
I'm looking for any feedback you guys can give me on the Hella Micro DE fog lights. I know they are basically the same thing as the OEM lights you can get in the 3rd ged 4Runners, but I have also heard the aftermarket models are slightly better, they don't seem to leak.
I am considering installing a set of these inside my ARB front bumper. I already have a set of IPF driving lights, but I really want a set of fogs for crummy weather, and they need to be mounted down low to be effective. This is not a ricer or a show truck, this is for my FJ62 Land Cruiser, so I want them to work well and throw a decent wide beam. I don't run them during the day or on clear weather (what's up with THAT?). This will involve torching or drilling a 2-1/4" hole in the bumper, so I want to be sure they are a decent light and will last before I make this mod to my bumper.
Thanks!
