Jowie noticed on my 4runner that ever since the accident and the repair, the headlights on my rig seem to be too low... I never really noticed... so we decided to try to adjust it...

Looked like a phillips screwdriver to me... but hell the adjustments seem to me stripping or something...

1) is there a write-up on adjusting headlights?
2) what tool does everyone use?
3) what do I need to adjust to move the lights? where the heck are the adjustment screws?
4) Got pics?
