I'm redoing my '91 3vze and I replaced my bolts from partsdinosaur. In my research I found that the guys that didn't replace their headbolts stated that they wish they did. The machine shop I took my heads to also recommended it. Something to do with head warpage and the torque rating/pressure on the heads. The old bolts "may" not keep the heads even/level with the block. I'd say go with new head bolts.

The bolts are TTY (torque to yield) bolts which are meant to be torqued once then they most likely wont hold the right amount of torque if you try to use them again. Mine came in a kit but you should check with engnbldr and see how much they are, i got mine the next day.

Yes, replace them. TTY bolts are one time use. They actually stretch on that final yield. People have sucessfully reused them, but I wouldn't recommend it.
