I recently installed Bilsteins on my '03 2wd Prerunner. At the same time, I added the Daystar 1" spacers. The new parts made quite a difference, but did not cure the 'spongy' feeling of the front suspension.

My question is: Are front coils (only) available, or am I going to end up purchasing a complete coil-over setup?

You can get coils only and OME is a popular choice. Type that in the search and you will get tons of info.
