Hard start

Hard start
On mornings, I turn the ignition in and wait till I hear a relay click and a beep comes on, the engine starts on the next turn. After that each time I start i have tio keep tumbling and tumbling for a start. Please advise. I have a hilux surf 1992 ssrx turbo diesel.
