Ground wire wiring kit

OK, so i see these things all over ebay and have NO CLUE what exactly they do. Here is one Ebay auction selling them, Grounding wire wire kit . Could someone please tell me what they do, is it a good upgrade, why someone would need them.

I already know "if you have to ask, then you don't need it" but my curiosity is getting the better of me on my day off.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that this post HERE
added the most input I could find on the subject. Any updates or opinions?

thanks

do not buy that from ebay! its a ripoff... all it is is the big 3 mod... do a search here for it... it involves upgrading a few wires.....

and for anyone whos about to jump in... the logic for the ground upgrade is that it conducts better and will free-up hp..... on a racecar this might be true to a point but on a car with a decent amount of parasitic drag already, 50 pounds of wiring isnt going to help at all.....

Thanks for the quick reply. I was more curious as to WHY/What/HOW/ and my own personal HUH? as to what it was good for. Sounds like its good for nothing.

Thanks
