I just purchased my first tacoma, it has some front end damage to it, including the chrome piece that goes around the grill being cracked, I'm having a hard time finding one on ebay, and a harder time getting a part number. I was at Lordco the other day and they're telling me I need the whole grill assembly because I can't just get the trim. Does anyone know what this trim is called, or where I might find it? I don't want to spend 250$ for a whole new grill I don't need. Any help is appreciated.

 

You can't just buy the chrome surrounding.
I have a factory piece, practically brand new, for a 98-2000 4X4 Tacoma that is just sitting around. If you have one of those year trucks, PM me and I can set you up.

 

Ah crap, mines 2003. You'd think that the piece would be a separate part from the grill itself. It's to bad because just te top corner is busted on it. If anyone has ideas on where to find one or wants to get rid of a spare one let me know. There is no OEM manufacturers that make just that part?
