I own a 1996 Toyota Tacoma DLX 3.4L V6 and I bought it just as a commuter. But I fell in love with the darn thing and now I wanna build her up.
My favorite tacomas are the 98-00. I was wondering if there is any way to put their grill and headlights in place of mine?
Will it fit? Will it work?
How do I go about doing it?

from what i know, all you have to swap is the radiator support. as well as the grille and headlights of course

 

Not worth the swap, just search for Satoshi Mod and you'll find a cool way to mod your grill. I did it and love how well it turned out.

 

if you want the 98-00 grille I don't think you need to swap anything other than the grille and head lights, if you want to go with 01-04 you'll need the hood latch and hood.

 

I agree. I'm pretty sure it all bolts on. I know the hood, fenders, and corner marker lights are the same from 95-00.

I've got an old grille if you want it. It's practically brand new.
