There is a place in the Los Padres forest called Chew's Ridge..
It is the only place in Monterey Penisula were we will get up to 3 feet of snow...

Anyway, Myself and three other buddies took my CVLTHSE runner
up to Chew's Ridge on a Sat. night with the music pretty loud & rockin . with the pedal fully to the metal, hill climbs, jumps, drops, you name it. All we were trying to do was get a good look at some stars.

I have no Idea how, when, or where this occured on the trip. An average battle scar in the life...

I found it a few days later when I was pulling out weeds from the underside..

Yes, I do prefer the high speed of the 3.4L to anger managment class.. j/k

Yes, actually I am training for the Mickey Tompson Off road Circuit..(true.. someday)

Anyway, does anyone have any ideas for a new skid plate at least 1/4 inch thick. I don't want this to happen twice...

Is there a thicker skidplate on the 2003 runner? Maby I should just buy a new one....

Does the 2003 shift anything like my girlfriends 2002 Porsce twin turbo Carrera? (it kinda is hard getting into my 96 runner after going 110 back from Big Sur in her car..)
