Getting scratches out of windows....
I bought my car 2 days before i got it tinted.....i didn't notice ne scratches on the windows...... i got it tinted and i find a deep ass scratch in my back seat drivers side window.... and u see can it perfectly with my dark tint... its so ˟˟˟˟ty... ne thing i can do or do i justneed a hole new window... its on the outside... then i was cleaning my windows like 2 days after i got my tint... and i was cleaning the very back window..... and off centered to the left is a perfect straight line going down... its a scratch its not as deep as the other one but its outside too.... its like 7 inches long..... its horrible but u gotta be kinda close to see it... but i rolled that back window down... and looked for something that could of scratched it as it went up or down and i saw a screw... and i took a peice of tape where abouts the screw was way down there and just to see if it matched up with the scratch and it does....so im thinking the tint got to thick and made it get scratched ne help here?

you can get some buffing compound they use on mirror to remove scratches. Get yourself a dremel tool or something like it and a buffing wheel. Apply the compund and buff away till the scratch is gone.Just keep in mind not all scratch can be removed if they are to deep.

Hey 96SR5Limited,
Welcome to the board, I just had to say something when I saw you were from Sarasota Fl, I lived there for almost 10 years. My family moved me here about 4 yrs. ago, I love it here but miss Sarasota terrialbly. Sorry I know it has nothing to do with the subject but I felt compelled to make a connection.
