General Mods?

General Mods?
I'm back. After a long hard year on my 4runner, I have gained some world experience and grown up a bit. I have a much better sense of what my vehicle can and cannot accomplish, and I feel that I've finally built the needed respect for my 4runner.
Last time I was here I had the wild idea of A. Trying to make my stock 98 3.4l v6 a sleeper. Bad Idea. And B. Of trying to modify my 4runner for extreme offroad use, more or less a moot point with 2wd. Plus it already does everything I need it to offroad.
My point now is that since I hopefully got past the whole phase of youthful naivety I want to make a few upgrades to my vehicle. Most of them are cosmetic however a few are performance and I just wanted to gain your guys input.
I want to do the following;
-New Valence or front bumper (not a fan of the style of that piece, I want meaner looking)
-Possible Cold Air Intake, however I know that the hp increase wont be felt so I was considering a Turbo but I would have to take the route of a Cat Back exhaust if I go down either road correct? And then I've had headers and injectors suggested as well - thoughts?
-Either finding a way to really clean the stock wheels or getting a new set.
-New Tires, I'm thinking 275s and I would love to go wider to have a bit more presence and a touch more tire to the road.
-Lights: I was thinking just changing up the style (front and rear signals) and moving towards something brighter that also puts out some farther distance at night for the headlights. Not a fan of the lack of view when brights aren't on. Secondly I would love to install fog lights as I don't have the stock ones but I do have the connections. Also along that route Possible roof lights, something like PIAA or IPF.
-Audio: new radio, sub, upgraded speakers (Back seat right side speaker doesnt work either) Trying to figure out a location to set a sub as I love my trunk space.
I think that covers everything. Let me know what you guys think cause I would love to hear your input.
