gas smell - don't where or how

gas smell - don't know where or how
Here is the problem...
I don't smell gas as the truck is running - BUT let it sit for a while (30 min?) and then I can smell gas coming from under the hood. Seems strongest on the passenger side and when the tank is full. No pooling of gas under the truck & you can't smell it from inside the cab.
Could this still be a problem with the charcoal filter?
