Funky 22re idle?

If I drive around for > 20 min and the turn the car off for 5 or 10. When I get back in, instead of idling smoothly around 1k it idles rough at 500-600....any ideas?

Have you cleaned out the throttle body? Mine was idling really strangely too, mostly too high because the butterfly valve was sticking. After I cleaned it it's been idling great.
