Ok in the tech write-up section there are a few write-ups on full time power outlet (aka cigarette lighter plug) for 3rd gen 4runners and tacomas, but none on a 2nd gen 4runner, and 89-95.5 truck (3rd gen?)...

Does somebody know how to make it full time power outlet? I am good with electrical stuff, so i could just pull the fuse box off and reroute the wires, bypassing the ignition, but if there is an easier way id rather do that.
