Front & Rear Swaybar bushings

Anyone know where to find any? I have called NWOR, but they won't be available until the end of the year. I have looked under the toyota section on Energy Suspensions site, but I didn't find anything.

When I got my front disco's from Lee, I also got new front sway bar bushings. I've had them for quite a while now, but just been too dang lazy to install them.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure they came from Energy Suspension. Maybe try giving them a call to see what you can find out. I think most of the guys who have added new bushings to their swaybars have gotten them from ES.

Actually you can get them at Summit racing

Here's an example:

Jalaber's site has a great writeup under Handling and he gives the part numbers for the "Black greasable bushings"

I'll give them a call. So I assume I would buy 1 1\4 for both the front and rear?

No, the 1.25" is for an ADCO bar.

The Toyota stock bars are 1.00" for the front and 3/4" for the rear.

Also, you may need to replace the hardware for the brackets.

4 bolts for the front sway bar brackets, M8x1.25x30mm Grade 8.8, zinc coated

4 nylock nuts size M8x1.25 Grade 8.8, zinc coated, for the front sway bar bracket bolts

4 large outside diameter flat washers, size M10, zinc coated, for the front sway bar brackets

8 large outside diameter flat washers, size M8, zinc coated, for the front sway bar brackets

4 bolts for the rear sway bar brackets, M8x1.25x20mm Grade 8.8

4 flat washers, size M8, zinc coated, for the rear sway bar brackets

8 high collar split lock washers, size M8, zinc coated, for the front and rear sway bar brackets

Right, factory bars are 1" front and 3/4 rear. Factory front hardware is captive type so you will need the new bolts listed on my site. Rear bolts may be too short with ES so to be safe get the bolts specd on my site as well. Dont want the rear bolts falling out like they did to me.

I ordered the antisway kit from wheelers offroad.

http://www.wheelersoffroad.com/tundraswaykit.htm

I'll have to get something for the rear though. I guess I'll just go ahead and replace the hardware while I'm at it.

thanks for the help guys!

go to pepboys or autozone. they have the Energy Suspension ones. You'll have to drill out the washers and bore out the bushings a little to fit them on the oem endlinks. that's what I did and they work fine. As for the greaseable bushings, Mike at Xtreme hooked me up with those and also the steering rack bushings.

Are they zerk fitted? Hopefully they are otherwise they will squeak like hell and you will have to drop the bars each time to re-grease.

Damn, you make me feel even worse...I've had mine since May! I hope to get motivated enough to put them on over Christmas.
