I would tell you to search normally, but we're having some issues with the search function right now...

I went to Pep Boys and got a set of universal mud flaps for like $6.99, and they work fine!

Yeah me too. When the search function comes back up, try "$8 Mudflaps" and see where that takes you.

The 2002's might look funny with the flaps I have. Not sure though.

Mudflaps

I can help you out if you want to spend a little more than $8. If so just drop me a line.

I have a pair of Toyota front mudflaps that will fit an SR5 that doesn't have the black plastic fender flares. I ordered them from Toyota by mistake and now I'm stuck with them.

What do you mean no black plastic fender flares? Are you talking about the limited flares?

I bought my mud flaps at the dealership for about $15 each. Its for an SR5 with the black fender flares. Here's a pic.

Pepboys has these for about $8 to $9:

I wasn't satisfied with the length of what Roadrunner shows - too short. So I got truck-sized instead. I think they're also Groboski - they were in the same display rack. They're full rectangles, not cut out (I cut them to fit) and a bit thicker.
