Front mud flaps......

I read through the front mud flap write up in the tech section and I have a question. The mud flaps used, were they the flat cheap mudflaps or the more expensive (like $30) contoured flaps? In the pic they look contoured but the price does not reflext that and my Pep Boys does not carry that brand.

This doesn't quite answer your question but this may be of interest to you - the Tacoma guys at TTORA are constantly throwing or selling (cheap) their front mudflaps. You might want to check with them?

Have you tried getting in touch with the author of the write up? I think it was Tom (TDiddy)?

Would the ones from TTORA be able to fit my 2nd Gen Runner? If so, I will have to get in touch with them...I've been looking for a little while now. Problem is I don't want to have to spend too much money as I am hopefully getting a lift within the next few months.
