Front diff breather

There is almost no room to work on it, how did anyone who has extended the front breather on a 2nd gen manage to do it?
Thanks,

I think some people have had to cut some of the fitting off to get it in. The 3.0 oilpan might hang down slightly more than the 4 cyl. ones. I got mine on with no real problems or cutting.

a pic of mine on webshots.

Hmm, think the 3.0 is different, I could hardly get my hand in there, I finially rigged something up, after getting all cut up hehe. Oh well, hopefully it'll work, I will rarely need it anyway.

We have the same diffs, suspension, etc. My bunny deflector (skidplate) is removed.

I took mine off to work on it too, but maybe the oil pan is lower? I don't know.
